Join Kimberly Weichers, DPT, for a Group Skin & Ski/Ride: Receive individualized tips on bodymechanics, posture and technique to decrease stress on your body and alter your muscle-use patterns, enhancing your ability to skin longer distances with less discomfort.

Not a learn-to-skin program, must already have experience and be comfortable skinning/skiing/snowboarding.
Although we surely won’t be racing up the mountain, in order to keep the group together, it would be ideal if you already possess a moderate level of cardiovascular/physical fitness.
