Mountain Bike with a Physical Therapist
Love to mountain bike but don’t go as often as you would like because you experience persistent pain in your muscles and joints?
Join Kimberly Weichers, DPT, to receive individualized tips on body mechanics, posture and techniques
to decrease stress on your body
and alter your muscle-use patterns, enhancing your ability to bike longer distances with less discomfort.
NOTE: Not a learn-to-bike program: Must already have experience and be comfortable mountain biking, shifting gears, etc. Also, although we surely won’t be racing, it would be ideal if you already possess a moderate level of cardiovascular/physical fitness
and are able to go for a 4-6 mile ride in order to keep the group together.

Improve running efficiency and speed as well as prevent or resolve running-induced repetitive stress injuries
and/or pain in the following areas:
Ankle and/or foot
with Physical Therapist, Ryan Senn, DPT
Dates: July 2nd, July 9th, and July 16th
Time: 7AM-8 AM
Where: meet at Whitefish Therapy gym
Who: Runners ages 12+
Cost: $125 per person for the 3 session camp
July 2 - Warming Up (including dynamic warm-up drills)
and finding the right shoe for you*
July 9 - Cool Down/Stretching*
July 16 - Pacing/Interval Training*
*Sessions to include short runs to receive feedback from physical therapist. You may choose to do a long run afterwards on your own.
