THE DIPLOMA IN OSTEOPRACTIC IS AN INTENSIVE 12 TO 18-MONTH POST-GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAM THAT IS AWARDED TO LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPISTS OR MEDICAL PHYSICIANS THAT HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CURRICULUM:
  1. CERTIFIED IN DRY NEEDLING (CERT. DN) 
  2. CERTIFIED IN SPINAL MANIPULATIVE THERAPY (CERT. SMT) 
  3. EXTREMITY MANIPULATIVE THERAPY (EMT-1) 
  4. INSTRUMENT-ASSISTED SOFT-TISSUE MOBILIZATION (IASTM-1) 
  5. DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS & MULTI-MODAL MANAGEMENT (DD-1) ​
Personal Statement:  "As a physical therapist, there is no better reward than helping individuals get back to doing the things they love without pain. With experience as a collegiate athlete, and having gone through physical therapy following several orthopedic surgeries, I am fortunate enough to relate to the whole rehabilitation process and help clients reach their goals."

DPT, Cert. SMT, Cert. DN, Diploma in Osteopractic

Education:  After receiving a BA in Biology from the University of Montana, Tyler went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UM.  He has also completed a Diploma in Osteopractic* from the Spinal Manipulation Institute.

Specialized training includes: Spinal and extremity manipulation and mobilization, certification in dry needling, instrumented soft tissue mobilization, kinesiotaping, and vestibular care.  

Special areas of interest include:  Headaches; vertigo/vestibular training; neck pain; and back pain.
 
Hobbies:  As a native of Great Falls, Tyler feels fortunate to enjoy all the Flathead has to offer, including: hiking, skiing, bow hunting, fly fishing, boating, and golfing.

​Interesting tidbit:  Tyler was a linebacker for the Montana Grizzlies football program from 2004-2008.
