Up to 70% of people will develop low back pain in their lifetime, and 5-10% of these cases will develop into chronic low back pain, which is experiencing pain for more than 3 months. COMMON CAUSES & SYMPTOMS OF LOW BACK PAIN
There are many potential contributing factors to back pain. They can range from sciatica to arthritis to a slipped disk, and more. Regardless of the cause, the symptoms can vary from mild to severe, including but not limited to:
A dull ache contained to the lower back
A sharp pain that could move to other parts of your body
Muscle spasms or tightness
Pain that gets worse after sitting or standing too long
