In most cases, we will bill your insurance company for treatments. We also have self-pay options for those without health insurance. Whitefish Therapy & Sport Center accepts cash, checks, credit cards, money orders, and care credit*.

We accept most major commercial and government health insurance plans including, but not limited to:

Whitefish Therapy will verify your benefits for outpatient physical, speech, or occupational therapy

with your insurance company as a courtesy to you.

Please note Whitefish Therapy cannot guarantee the amount of insurance coverage and we cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information given to us verbally and/or in print from your insurance company. It is the patient and subscriber's responsibility to understand the insurance coverage and benefits.

Payment Plans

Care Credit

CareCredit can be used to allow you to have an INTEREST-FREE* payment plan for physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

• Payments made to CareCredit are interest-free to patient/customer, if minimum monthly payments are made and balance is paid-in-full within the 6-month, 12-month, or 18-month period chosen.

There are additional payment plan options with CareCredit that spread payments out over 24, 36, 48, or 60-months: These options do have interest charged to the patient by CareCredit.
